1. Personal electronics may be temporarily confiscated when entering:
   1. nature preserves
   2. designated memorials
   3. museums
2. Personal electronics subject to confiscation are those which are not used to aid disabilities and may include:
   1. Smart phones
   2. Gaming devices
   3. Cameras
   4. Video recorders
   5. Audio devices
3. Confiscation shall be limited for the duration of the visit and for the purpose of furthering the enjoyment or the solemn nature of the visited area
4. Periodically, special dates and times shall be made when items are not subject to confiscation
