Court Ordered Legislation
An act of the National Assembly upholding the right of the courts to issue an order for the National Assembly to legislate all unanswered legal questions.
Provisions
- The Courts are prohibited from legislating from the bench
- After issuing a ruling for a case, the Courts may issue a court order to the National Assembly forcing new legislation to be passed if the now settled case had any unaddressed legal questions best answered by new law.
