1. All passwords are required to be stored using unreversible salted hashing
2. Mandatory disclosure within 2 weeks shall occur if data is stolen, hacked, or otherwise disseminated
3. All data shared with third parties shall be disclosed
4. Known broken or reversable encryption is prohibited from use
5. Encryption whenever possible shall use:
   1. ed25519 ecliptic curve for public-key encryption
   2. Serpent for private key encryption
   3. Whirlpool for one-way hashing
   4. Argon2id for password hashing
