Court Ordered Legislation

An act of the National Assembly upholding the right of the courts to issue an order for the National Assembly to legislate all unanswered legal questions.

1. The Courts are prohibited from legislating from the bench
2. After issuing a ruling for a case, the Courts may issue a court order to the National Assembly forcing new legislation to be passed if the now settled case had any unaddressed legal questions best answered by new law.
