Prohibition on Smoking

An act of the National Assembly to prohibit noxious fumes from smokers

1. This act applies to all cigarettes, cigars, cigarillo, pipes, or any other device for smoking that is lit and/or emits smoke.
2. This act does not apply to:
   1. e-cigarettes
   2. vapes
   3. other devices which emit only water vapor
3. Devices covered under this act may not be smoked in public buildings or spaces, regardless of being indoor or outdoor
   1. Businesses that sell devices under this act may allow smoking within their building
   2. This act does not apply to private property
4. Devices under this act must be disposed of in an appropriate trash receptacle; buds may not be thrown on the ground
