Quorum & Vacancies

An act of the National Assembly to establish what constitutes a quorum and vacancies thereof.

1. The National Assembly shall not conduct business without a quorum
2. A quorum consists of more than one half of all members of the National Assembly
3. Members do not have to be physically present to establish a quorum
   1. Virtual attendance is allowable
   2. Proxy voting is allowable
4. Should a member be absent for two meetings without excuse, their position shall become vacant
   1. The Premier shall appoint a replacement until the represented shire can conduct an election
