Paid Leave

An act of the National Assembly defining paid leave and the right to use it.

1. Every paid employee shall receive two weeks of personal leave
   1. Leave not used at by the end of the year shall be paid out as if the individual had worked for that time
   2. Personal leave may not be unreasonably denied if one month more notice has been given by an employee to use such leave on a date
2. For every hour worked, an employee shall earn at a minimum .0365 hours in paid sick leave
3. Paid sick leave shall not be denied with a doctor's note
