Minimum and Maximum Wages

An act of the National Assembly setting the national minimum wage and the maximum allowable wage.

1. Salary, or fixed rate pay, is prohibited.
2. The hourly minimum wage shall be pegged to 14 krubles.
3. No position in any organization shall make five times more than the lowest paid position
   1. Stock options and other fringe benefits shall be factored into when comparing earnings to the lowest paid position
4. All elected positions enumerated in the constitution are paid at the current national minimum wage
5. Workers who choose to work on nationally recognized holidays shall get double their hourly wage
