====== Minimum and Maximum Wages ======
An act of the National Assembly setting the national minimum wage and the maximum allowable wage. 

===== Provisions =====
  - Salary, or fixed rate pay, is prohibited.
  - The hourly minimum wage shall be pegged to 14 [[kcn:2022-07|krubles]]. 
  - No position in any organization shall make five times more than the lowest paid position 
    - Stock options and other fringe benefits shall be factored into when comparing earnings to the lowest paid position 
  - All elected positions enumerated in the constitution are paid at the current national minimum wage
  - Workers who choose to work on nationally recognized holidays shall get double their hourly wage
